Welcome to Sleep Over Club! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Sleep Over Club is an Australian-based small business providing travel toiletry kits and related products for purchase online. We currently ship across Australia.

2. Products & Orders

• All products are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
   

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• We accept payments through secure third-party providers (e.g., Square & PayPal).
• Orders will not be shipped until payment is successfully processed.
   

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within Australia only.
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
• Parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
• Due to our location in the Northern Territory, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
• Sleep Over Club is not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the shipping carrier.
• For Darwin local delivery, purchases will be delivered within 4 days.
   

5. Returns & Refunds

• As a small business, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sleepoverclubau@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
   

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, branding, and product designs, are the intellectual property of Sleep Over Club and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
 

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during your purchase, including your name, email, address, and payment details, is used solely to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties. It is only accessed by authorised staff within Sleep Over Club.
